Employers Adding Benefits to Help with Gas Costs

Few employers are increasing pay to help employees cope with skyrocketing gas prices. A survey found that only 2% of respondents said their employers offered a cost of living raise prompted by gas prices, or stipends to employees with long commutes.

Instead, employers are offering new benefits, like telecommuting and flexible schedules and rewarding exceptional work with gas cards.
